1) Billing statements are sent out monthly should you choose the monthly payment option; Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. After the 6th, a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account. Bounced checks or habitually late payments will result in SGA’s asking for a credit or debit card for automatic charging.

3) Discounts – 15% for second sibling. 20% for 3 or more siblings/classes.
Additional 10% discount for paying for the full semester of classes.
4) Classes are closed Spring Break, Christmas Break, New Years Day, Summer Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day and Memorial Day. We are open all other Holidays.
5) If your child is taking a break, please call the business office and notify them of your plans.
6) Bounced checks go directly to a Check Agency - they charge a collection fee in addition to our fee.
7) Accounts that become 30 days overdue will receive a 10-day demand letter, and the child will not be allowed into the activity. The next step is to turn the account over to a Collection Agency.
Make-Up Classes:
1) SGA offers make-up class for our Sports Instruction Recreational Programs. Your child may schedule a class, subject to space available, at or below their current level. For safety reasons, they are not allowed to make-up in a higher level.
2) Make-up classes must be taken within 2 weeks before or after the regularly scheduled class. Please call ahead to schedule! We cannot allow your child into a class if we have not previously authorized it as a make-up class. If you miss a make-up class, there is no second make-up class available.
4) There are no make-up days for our Educational or Entertainment programs.
5) In the Summer months, SGA does offer a "Flex-Time" program of payment.
Trial Classes:
1) Trial Lessons are available to all new students.
2) A Registration/Release Form MUST be filled out prior to taking the class.
Student Information:
1) Please pick up children promptly from class. Children should wait inside the building. For safety reasons we cannot allow a child to leave our facility unless accompanied by an adult. For all Educational Programs we will charge $1 per minute after the first 10 minutes that you are late picking up your child.
2) In the interest of safety, children or siblings are not allowed to "rough house" in the lobby - it is a business office. We ask that your children stay with you at all times. The back viewing area (near the bathrooms) is strictly an adult viewing area during class times. This insures that our class children and team athletes are safe from accidents that can occur when a child darts out into the gym area. Please escort your children to the bathrooms and back to the viewing areas for the same reason. Children are not allowed to play unsupervised on any gym equipment at any time.
3) Please have your child dress appropriately for the activity. Hair should be tied back and jewelry left at home. Clothing should allow for freedom of movement. We ask that shorts be cotton or a non-slip fabric for safe spotting to occur. Ask the instructor or office for specific attire suggestions for each individual class.
4) Students will be treated as individuals, moving through class levels at their own pace. You will receive periodic progress reports. Students are given certificates and/or ribbons of completion as they pass each level.
5) Private lessons are available and must be scheduled at the front desk. Private lessons are by no means a requirement; they are available for instances where a student needs to get "over the hump" or gain confidence in their skills.
6) Discipline: there is seldom a problem with the children, but when there is, we follow a positive, non-physical approach to solving the situation. We first use positive reinforcement for appropriate behaviors, and then orally inform the child of the consequences of continued action. The next step is a brief (5 minutes or less) "time out", and finally a call to the parents to request a conference. If these steps have been taken and a child continues to disrupt the class, we will ask that the child be removed from the class.
